Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Food Pantry Coordinator to oversee our pantry operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food pantry and/or logistics and possess leadership qualities to drive our team to success.

Brief Description of Duties:

- Establish & maintain healthy relationships with food providers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for food and pantry operations
- Recruit, train, & develop staff level volunteers to run the day to day operations
- Coordinates food pick ups and establishes system for inventory management
- Research grant funding, recruit food drive partners, and manages large food give aways

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in hospitality management, project management, logistics, or volunteer led organizations
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate volunteers
- Computer Proficiency
- Effective organizational skills, leadership experience, and excellent communication are required.

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb small ladders, use pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Box truck experience a plus.

Pay: $33,155.67 - $38,000.00 per year
